When you buy a SignalReplicator licence, our payment processor collects on our behalf:
SignalReplicator comes in two forms, and data processing differs between them. Read the one that applies to you:
Desktop version (application installed on your computer). The following data never leaves your device: Telegram credentials (API ID, API Hash, phone number), MetaTrader configuration, signals received, order history and activity logs. We have no access to any of it at any point.
Cloud version (the service runs on our servers). So that it can trade for you without your computer being switched on, in this form we do store on our servers, always encrypted: the authorised session for your Telegram account, your phone number, the identifier and credential of your execution-provider account, the channels you choose along with their configuration, and your trade history. The servers are in Germany (European Union). The encryption key does not live in the database, so a copy of the database alone cannot decrypt it. You can revoke the connection and delete all of your data at any time from your panel.
In neither form do we hold or manage your funds: your money always stays in your broker account, under your sole control. Full detail for the Cloud version is in its specific Privacy Policy.
Processing of your data is based on performance of the licence contract you accept when you buy the software (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
We keep your data for as long as you hold an active licence and for the period legally required after cancellation.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection by writing to signalreplicatorsupport@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
We share data only with the providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, acting as data processors: the payment processor (billing and invoicing) and, in the Cloud version, the hosting provider (servers in Germany, EU), Telegram (access to the channels you choose) and the execution provider (passing orders to your broker).
Cloud version data is hosted within the European Union. Some of the providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case the safeguards provided for in the GDPR apply.
