You can try SignalReplicator free for 7 days with no card required: the trial starts when you register in the panel, before you subscribe. No charge is taken during that period, and if it does not convince you, you need do nothing — the trial ends by itself.
We recommend using the trial to check that the software works properly with your machine, your broker and your Telegram group. When you decide to subscribe, the first charge is taken at that moment, not a few days later.
If, after the first charge, the software does not work as described because of a technical fault attributable to SignalReplicator, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. To do so you must first have contacted our support and given us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
SignalReplicator is an automation tool and guarantees no result and no financial gain. The following, among others, do not give rise to a refund:
The 14-day guarantee applies only to your first purchase. Subscription renewals are non-refundable: you can cancel at any time from your customer panel before the next renewal and you will keep access until the end of the period already paid for. No pro-rata refunds are given for cancelling mid-period.
If you have any problem, please contact us first: most issues are resolved quickly. Starting a chargeback or a payment dispute without having contacted our support first may result in immediate suspension of your licence. The above is without prejudice to the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Write to signalreplicatorsupport@gmail.com from the email address you used to purchase, describing the technical problem you have run into. We will try to resolve the issue; if that is not possible within the guarantee period, we will process the refund.
Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor within 5 to 10 working days, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
This guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, the rights applicable law grants you as a consumer. If you reside in the European Union, you retain your right of withdrawal under the applicable regulations.
