SignalReplicator is software that reads the trading signals posted in the Telegram channels you choose and passes the corresponding orders to your own trading account, using the risk parameters you configure.
It is offered in two forms: the desktop version, which runs locally on your computer, and the Cloud version, which runs on our servers so you do not need to keep a machine switched on. The Cloud version is additionally governed by its specific Terms.
We do not generate signals, we do not select or recommend channels, and we do not provide financial advice. The choice of channels and of parameters is yours alone.
When you take out a subscription you obtain a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use SignalReplicator on the number of devices stated in your plan. The following are prohibited:
Payments are handled through our payment processor. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time from your customer panel and you will keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
We offer 7 days of free trial with no payment method required. The trial starts when you register in the panel and generates no charge.
When the 7 days end, the trial expires and the subscription does NOT start automatically: you keep access to your data and your configuration, but to continue trading you have to subscribe yourself. The first charge is taken at the moment you subscribe.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Trading financial instruments carries a high risk of losing capital. SignalReplicator is an automation tool and does not constitute financial advice. The user is solely responsible for trading decisions and for the results obtained. SignalReplicator is not liable for financial losses arising from use of the software.
We work to keep the software running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, connection failures, or incompatibilities with brokers or MetaTrader versions.
We reserve the right to update or modify the software at any time. Significant updates will be announced by email.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer panel and you will keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We offer a 14-day refund guarantee if the software does not work as described because of a technical fault; trading results do not give rise to a refund. Renewals already invoiced are non-refundable. We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email of any material change. Continued use of the software implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
